Penn USA Energy along with our sister Company, Evergreen Management Corporation, has developed energy properties in the United States for many years, specializing in low risk projects. In 2017 we participated in a natural gas project in Southeast Colorado and Western Kansas called the Baca Field which contains 46 producing natural gas wells and 31 miles of pipelines. Management has increased production 100% and new well workovers, new equipment and the installation of new compressors will continue to increase production and revenues.
Our 2nd project, Comanche Creek, is in Adams County, Colorado, approximately 35 miles from Denver International Airport, and consists of 9 producing wells. Comanche Creek is both re-working the existing wells to increase production and cash flow and developing and promoting the deeper drilling rights on the 1200 acres to other companies. Deep drilling lease transactions in the area have been sold for as high as $25,000 per acre. In addition, Comanche Creek is acquiring additional producing wells to increase production and revenues. We continue to manage and maintain our existing projects in PA.
We are pleased to present Western States Energy Fund.
